Return Policy
We currently accept returns within the United States only, excluding region-specific exceptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All included items must be returned, including any extra items that come as a bonus with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used. The item must be completely free of damage and residue.
AΒ flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number so we can make it right. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under local regulations. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at truefacemethod@gmail.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weβll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
